Nice to sit in the bar/dining area in the evening watching cricket on tv (IPL end of March till the end of May) supping a few beers. Very leisurely. Benaulim village - 10 mins walk - various restaurants and bars. Beaches 15 mins walk - plenty of public transport to/from the beach area and also to take you wherever you may want to go. Not expensive. Good pool and pool area, always clean and tidy and in partial shade.

We loved Carina Beach Resort. The room was ok, perhaps a bit worn, but it was tidy. Air con worked. The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of space for clothes and a good sized drawer that you could lock away things. Room cleaning was available daily if you wanted it. Having a balcony big enough to sit out comfortably was really great. Having a kettle in the room was a bonus. The garden was really lovely and the rooms were well spaced out. It was a calm space. The staff were very nice and helpful. The pool was nice occasionally. Lots of birds in the garden....kingfishers are regular visitors amongst others. Breakfast was good....you perhaps had to wait for teas and coffees sometimes if busy. It's on the edge of benaulim so out of the hustle and bustle.

Overall comfortable, bit far from beach, but manageable by walk of 15 mins. Market is near 5 mins walk and good option for food. Breakfast was good, limited option but it was well sufficient and good quality.

A very pleasant stay at Carina from arrival to departure. Excellent service from the reception staff who were very friendly, polite and exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Taxis and Tuk Tuks arranged by the staff on numerous occasions. The room was clean, roomy and comfortable with a good sized balcony overlooking the pool. The restaurant offered a good range of meals a reasonable prices. I would strongly recommend Carina to anyone wanting a short or long stay. We shall come again next year.

The swimming pool pool was Great, the grounds are spacious and green , the Breakfast was good with 3 veg dishes, serial ,choice of eggs, fresh fruit, Fruit juice, infused water, tea coffee. The food also was tasty. A wonderful

Beautiful gardens and surroundings, including a great pool. It was fairly quiet when we were in early November, so we had the pool and facilities mainly to ourselves. There was a lovely breakfast every morning, you could choose Indian style or English with eggs, toast, cereal. We ordered room service meals or snacks a few times too. All the staff were really great, helpful and couldn't do enough for you. Cable TV, fridge, kettle and fan and Aircon in room all good and nice balcony too.

Everything was exceptional, especially after a long journey from Delhi..I was welcomed at the front desk with smiles all around. I had initially booked a classic garden room but was upgraded to the superior Garden view. and honestly this is a room I would recommend to all, but nonetheless the room was nice and cozy, also saw a lot of families staying and playing badminton to which I also joined playing and made the experience worth it especially since I have been traveling for a while.. the evenings are moments to remember with the beautiful sunset sky, enjoying on the sunbeds with a refreshing drink and some crispy fish fingers by the clear blue pool and later enjoying a pleasant dinner with joyfully and always excited restaurant staff.. the place is definitely a recommendation a special thanks to Bill & John for the wonderful assistance with enquiries..ands their recommendations for places to visit outside the vicinity.. am visiting again for sure..

The rooms were very clean l,the pool was well maintained,the food was very tasty and the service was very good. Good location, walkable distance for market, beaches, cafés

This is a quiet hotel, no loud music as in many of the beach hotels.

The location and staff were excellent. The swimming pool was brilliant, our daughter loved it Very comfortable, relaxing and we were treated very well by the staff especially Alex, Jon, Stefan, Cajay and all other staff were very helpful. Thanks
